This will entail general conditioning exercise moves to prepare you for the rest of the program. The first phase is approximately 5 weeks long and is going to be called the Alpha phase. Focus T25 is similar to Insanity because the style of the workout is very much the same. If you want to experience a short workout and get extreme results then you need to go all in at 100% for the full 25 minutes. The “T” is derived from Shaun “T” and the “25” stands for “25 minutes.” What’s the catch? The workout is 25 minutes long with ZERO breaks.
